06/19/2003 - Dunaway Associates, Inc. Announces Transition Plan as CEO Jim Dunaway Hands Over Helm to Veteran Dunaway Team.

DALLAS and FORT WORTH, Texas -- DALLAS and FORT WORTH, Texas, June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- James R. ''Jim'' Dunaway, Jr., chief executive officer of Dunaway Associates, Inc., is turning over his leadership role to serve as senior consultant to the firm he founded 25 years ago, according to the Fort Worth-based company. The move completes the succession plan prepared by Mr. Dunaway with his long-time partners.

Thomas O. Huffhines, P.E., a 19-year veteran of Dunaway Associates, becomes president of the firm. Thomas S. Galbreath, ASLA, an 18-year partner of the firm, has been named executive vice president. Toby K. Ford, P.E., continues to serve as vice president and has been with the firm for the past eight years.
