401(k) plan
New employees are eligible the first of the month following their start date, with employer matching funds dollar for dollar up to 6 percent of employee income

Health insurance
Dunaway covers 100 percent of HMO premiums for employees; employees choosing PPO or dependant coverage are responsible for the difference in premiums

Dental insurance
Dunaway pays 100 percent of the individual employee's premium

Group and voluntary term life insurance
Dunaway pays 100 percent of the group term life premium; employees may purchase additional voluntary term life coverage

Short- and long-term disability
Dunaway pays 100 percent of long-term disability premium; short-term disability coverage is available at employee's expense

Section 125 cafeteria plan
This voluntary program may be used to pay for qualified health care and dependent expenses using pretax dollars

Corporate Memberships
Dunaway offers each employee a paid membership to any Metroplex YMCA. Family members may be added for an additional fee of $25 per month.

Overtime
Straight Time Overtime for Salaried Employees. Salaried employees are expected to contribute a 40-hour work week. Salaried Employees receive a check quarterly for straight time in excess of 44 hours in a given work week.
