Assistance with "remodel take-overs" is another area of our experience. The firm's full-service approach helps get new, remodeled, and expanded stores on the ground quickly while meeting consistency and quality standards. Projects may begin with site investigation, permitting, and environmental studies; continue into infrastructure development, roadways, and utility coordination; and culminate in landscape architecture and plantings. Dunaway also provides traffic engineering, which may include studies, signals, signage, illumination, and permitting. Parking planning and design is another one of our specialties.
