Unique Challenge Summary
This project combined complex zoning issues with two neighborhood organizations, significant tree preservation, and intense landscape buffering. Additionally the project required a 10' retaining wall next to a major drainage channel, requiring floodplain reclamation. Up to 7 neighborhood meetings were held to work through development concerns. The project represents successful integration of large retail on an interior urban site.
