Unique Challenge Summary

The challenge presented on this project was to design the internal drives, parking and building pads so that the finished product appeared to be a natural part of the existing treescape, many of which are champion quality trees. In order to complete a design like this, we had to be very creative to minimize the onsite earthwork and in the routing of the closed storm drain system.
