Fort Worth Zoo - Texas Wild!
Fort Worth

The Texas Wild! exhibit consists of a western town surrounded by wild animals native to Texas. Unique Challenge Summary
The preservation of existing trees was a design mandate from the beginning of this project. Unusual and sometimes lengthy routes of both water, and sanitary sewer services to each of the many buildings provide a testimony of DAI's committment, to achieve the owner's goals, while working within the constraints of the site. In addition to the utility design, DAI provided a flood study of Zoo Creek, developed and emergency flood evacuation plan, and designed the pumping system for the hill country water fall.
