Country Meadows Addition
Waxahachie A 131 Acre Single Family residential project east of Highway 77 north of 287 in Waxahachie. We have prepared the land plan for the proposed subdivision. The site required rezoning to a more dense zoning and was not platted. We have completed the rezoning, preliminary plat. The first two phases consisting of 201-lots, have been constructed with the off-site connection roadways to US Highway 77.
