Unique Challenge Summary
Located on the Clear Fork of the Trinity, the potential for river flooding was studied with the results employed into the site grading plan. Coordination with Tarrant Regional Water District, the City of Fort Worth and the Corps of Engineers was worand had to be considered as well as working with the controlling agencies for storm drain outfall.
