Settler's Glen
Waxahachie A 156-acre single family residential project located north of Highway 287 and east of FM 664 in Waxahachie Texas. The land plan for the proposed subdivision was prepared using curvilinear streets on a property that is very square in shape. The site required rezoning to a more dense zoning and was not platted. We have completed the rezoning, preliminary plat. The first 157 lot phase of the project has been constructed.

A 10,000 linear foot sewer was constructed to serve the proposed development. This sewer main was needed to extend to a project that was under design by the City when this project began. This required several off-site easements to be prepared and extensive coordination with the City.
