Jacksboro Highway WAL-MART
Fort Worth Dunaway Associates prepared a Proposed Jurisdictional Determination of Waters of the United States. This report discussed the methodology used in evaluation, potential environmental impacts associated with the project and the potential regulatory requirements set forth by the United States Corps of Engineers (USACE) This report included research on EPA Threatened and Endangered species native to the area, a physical site inspection, and documenting the site (through photographs and otherwise) for the purpose of delineating wetlands following the definition adopted by the USACE.
