As part of the City of Arlington’s continuing effort to perform routine neighborhood street rebuild projects for its citizens, the City selected three streets to be rehabilitated based on deteriorating pavement and outdated, undersized utility lines. The Dunaway civil engineering team’s design for these streets included water, sanitary sewer, paving, and street lighting improvements. With approximately 6,300 linear feet of a residential street rebuild at Harmon Terrace, Kelly Terrace, and Wynn Terrace, Arlington residents now have new concrete paving, driveways, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and streetlights. Additionally, these projects also include approximately 2,100 linear feet of new 12-inch water line and 400 linear feet of upsizing of existing 6-inch to 8-inch sanitary sewer along Wynn Terrace.
